About the project
Terra Consulting is a team that works with investment and real estate development projects in Zakarpattia. The company helps investors, developers, and entrepreneurs find land plots, assess location potential, and launch projects for residential, commercial, or tourism real estate.
Our task was not just to “show the land”, but to build clear advertising communication for an audience considering land purchase, construction, or real estate investment.
What was done:
- We used AI-generated videos in the advertising campaigns to quickly communicate the core value of the offer. Video content helped create a strong first impression and encouraged users to submit an inquiry.
- Created tailored ad creatives for different audience segments, focusing on clear and easy-to-understand messaging.
- Tested multiple campaign types, audience segments, and ad formats. Part of the traffic was directed to a quiz/form to not only collect leads but also better understand user intent and needs.

Conclusion
Targeted advertising can be effective even for complex investment products when the offer is packaged and communicated correctly. In this project, the key objective was not just to launch ads, but to build a clear and understandable conversion funnel. Through systematic testing of creatives, AI-generated videos, and targeted advertising, Terra Consulting achieved a stable flow of leads for land sales and investment projects.
