We need your skills to:

• Create static and animated advertising creatives for Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Design prototypes and layouts for websites, with a solid understanding of UI/UX (landing pages, corporate websites, online stores).
• Develop graphic content for websites (banners for product categories or news articles).

Requirements:

• Understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C segments.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center, Worksection.
• Proficient written and spoken ukrainian and russian.
• Ability to analyze, provide statistics, and suggest improvements for clients’ ad campaigns.
• Analytical skills and ability to find solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Communication with clients and the project manager.
• Completing tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Google Ads accounts, including setup and analysis of search campaigns, remarketing, Display Network, shopping campaigns, and video campaigns.
• Negotiation skills, report argumentation, and presentation will be a plus.
• Team communication with project managers and marketers.
